Accepting These Terms
By accessing the Creator Yard website, joining our WhatsApp community, completing the Creator DNA Test, purchasing a programme, or participating in any Creator Yard content or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hive Mind Marketing Ltd, operating as Creator Yard, a company based in Lagos, Nigeria ("we," "us," "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services
Creator Yard offers the following services:
Free Creator Yard Community — a WhatsApp-based community providing education, inspiration, and access to Creator Yard content for Nigerian content creators
Creator DNA Test — a free diagnostic quiz that assigns you a creator monetisation archetype
The Digital Bag Challenge — a paid 30-day live group cohort programme (₦15,000 per cohort) designed to guide creators to launch a digital product store on Selar and make their first sale
Monthly Webinars — periodic free or low-cost online educational sessions on creator economy topics
Digital Resources — templates, guides, and other educational materials made available to community members and programme participants
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Eligibility
To participate in Creator Yard services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid, active WhatsApp account with a Nigerian or international phone number
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Our paid programmes are primarily designed for content creators, aspiring creators, and entrepreneurs based in Nigeria, although we welcome participants from across Africa and the diaspora.

Enrolment & Payments
Free community access
Membership in the free Creator Yard WhatsApp community is available at no cost and subject to acceptance of these Terms and our Community Standards (Section 6).
Paid programme enrolment
Paid programmes, including the Digital Bag Challenge, require payment via the Selar platform. By completing a purchase on Selar, you agree to Selar's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of any applicable fees
Payment must be completed in full before access is granted
Cohorts are capped at 50 participants per intake; enrolment is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
Your spot is only secured upon successful payment — expressing interest does not guarantee a place
Cohort scheduling
Cohorts run quarterly. The schedule for each cohort will be communicated clearly before enrolment opens. By enrolling, you confirm you are available for the programme dates.
Please note: Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. We strongly encourage you to read it before purchasing.

Programme Rules & Participation
The Digital Bag Challenge is a live, cohort-based programme. To get the most from it — and to ensure fairness to all participants — the following rules apply:
Active participation: Challenges, assignments, and live sessions are core to the programme. Passive enrolment without participation does not entitle you to outcomes or refunds
Own your niche: You are responsible for choosing a digital product that suits your content and audience. Creator Yard provides guidance, not guarantees
Timely engagement: Missed sessions, challenges, or deadlines due to personal circumstances are your responsibility to manage. We do not offer individual catch-up sessions outside what is provided to the cohort
One enrolment per person: Programme access is non-transferable. You may not share your access, credentials, or group membership with another person
Respectful conduct: See Community Standards below
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these rules without a refund where the violation is material (e.g., sharing access, harassment of other participants).

Community Standards
Creator Yard communities — free and paid — are designed to be supportive, focused, and safe. All members agree to the following:
You must not:
Share, spam, or promote external products or services without prior consent from Creator Yard
Post harmful, discriminatory, abusive, or sexually explicit content
Harass, bully, or demean other community members or Creator Yard staff
Share copyrighted materials you do not have rights to distribute
Record, screenshot, or redistribute private group conversations or Creator Yard content without permission
Engage in multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or other predatory solicitation
Impersonate Creator Yard, its team, or another member
Moderation
Creator Yard reserves the right to remove any content or member from its communities at any time for violations of these standards. In most cases, we will issue a warning first. In cases of severe or repeated violations, removal is immediate and non-negotiable.

Intellectual Property
All Creator Yard materials — including but not limited to curriculum content, challenge frameworks, templates, brand assets, scripts, landing pages, and programme structure — are the intellectual property of Hive Mind Marketing Ltd and are protected under Nigerian copyright law.
By participating in a Creator Yard programme or community, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own creator journey. This licence does not include the right to:
Reproduce or distribute Creator Yard content to others
Resell or package Creator Yard frameworks as your own product or course
Use Creator Yard brand assets in your own marketing without written permission
Share programme materials outside the programme community
Violations of this section may result in immediate removal from the programme and/or legal action.

Your Content
When you participate in Creator Yard programmes, you may share work, ideas, products, and other content ("Your Content") in our communities or as part of programme submissions.
You retain full ownership of Your Content. By sharing it in a Creator Yard space, you grant Hive Mind Marketing Ltd a limited, royalty-free licence to reference, feature, or share Your Content for community or marketing purposes (e.g., celebrating a creator's first Selar sale). We will always credit you and will seek your consent before using your content in marketing materials.
You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Disclaimers & No Guarantees
Important: Creator Yard provides education and community. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales volume, or business outcome from participating in our programmes.
Results from the Digital Bag Challenge and other programmes vary widely based on your individual effort, niche, audience size, product quality, and market conditions. Testimonials and income examples shared by Creator Yard or its participants represent exceptional cases and are not a guarantee of what you will earn.
Our services are provided "as is." While we work hard to deliver high-quality, accurate content, we make no warranty that:
The content will be error-free or up to date at all times
The platforms we recommend (including Selar) will be available or fit for your specific needs
You will achieve any specific milestone, sale, or revenue target by following our curriculum
Creator Yard content is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial, legal, or business advice.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, Hive Mind Marketing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in Creator Yard programmes or use of our community spaces.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Creator Yard in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if Creator Yard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination
You may leave the Creator Yard community at any time by exiting the WhatsApp group. For paid programmes, you may contact us to discuss discontinuation, subject to our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Creator Yard communities or programmes at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
Sections of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
