1. If you complete a purchase on Selar, we receive a transaction confirmation and basic contact details
2. If you engage with our content on Instagram or TikTok, those platforms may share aggregate analytics with us

Selar — payment processing and digital product delivery

Meta (WhatsApp) — community and programme delivery

WhatsApp & Community Spaces

Creator Yard operates primarily through WhatsApp groups, including the free Creator Yard community and the paid Digital Bag Challenge group. By joining these groups, you acknowledge that:

1. Your phone number and display name are visible to other group members
2. Messages you send in the group are visible to all members
3. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Inc. and is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy
4. We may save or reference messages you send us privately for customer service purposes
5. We use WhatsApp to send nurture sequences, programme updates, and promotional messages. You can opt out of the Creator Yard community at any time by leaving the group. Leaving the free community does not affect any paid enrolment you may have.

Payments & Selar

All payments for Creator Yard programmes are processed through Selar, a Nigerian digital product marketplace. When you make a purchase:

1. Your card or bank details are entered directly on Selar's platform — we never see or store them
2. Selar shares a transaction confirmation and your registered contact details with us so we can grant you access
3. All financial data is handled in accordance with Selar's Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian payment regulations

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

1. Community members: for as long as you are an active member of the Creator Yard community
2. Programme participants: for the duration of the programme and up to 3 years afterward for record-keeping
3. Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe
4. Transaction records: for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with Nigerian financial regulations
5. When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymise your data.

Your Rights

Under applicable Nigerian data protection law (the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023), you have the right to:
